Leadership at its core is influence.  The influence you have on your staff is so instrumental in creating an atmosphere where your staff can flourish into leaders of their own with your support and guidance.  In this training, “Transformational Leadership,” you will be presented with questions that make you consider your own leadership styles and how that plays into the decisions you make and the way you lead your team. You will learn John Maxwell’s 5 Levels of Leadership and new ways to think about who and how you lead. By the end of this training you will be able to: 

1. Identify 3 strategies you can use to develop your leadership style. 
2. Develop a plan to cultivate habits to support being a lifelong learner. 
3. Name the five levels of leadership. 
4. Describe 3 ways you can increase your influence. 

After successfully completing this training you will better understand your staff, and yourself in order to shift your mindset to being a lifelong learner who demonstrates problem solving skils. You will learn how to overcome fear that holds us back as leaders and you will learn strategies for getting out of your own way so that your leadership may become BULLETPROOF!
