Donna Jensen has been in the industry for 38 years, an owner for 20, and is a Childcare Success Company Coach. Now with 3 schools, she is always looking to invest in her staff and equip them with the best learning possible for success. After several years of the standard, basic, boring trainings, her staff began disengaging in the training and asking for some new, more relevant content that is applicable in today’s world.
The Approach
Remaining committed to her staff and determined to invest in the right training and development, Donna began to explore options. The desire was there to find training options within the ECE space that were not only engaging, effective, and relevant in terms of the content, but also applies best practices pertaining to adult learning.
